Reality Check
After an amazing semester and a low-key summer, the beginning of classes (at MU) made me feel a million different emotions. I was excited to see friends and familiar faces, nervous (like always) that my writing skills would be the worst in my class and terrified that I will never again have a first day of school. The only thought more horrifying is that I won't experience another first day of school until my children teeter off to kindergarten.
Enough of the freaking out and on to the fun stuff.
I never have to participate in Recruitment again! We got a great pledge class and our bid-day shirts were decent so I was happy.
Once again it is Tri Delta birthday week -- currently we have two down and two to go. Lucky for me we are not exchanging presents -- I'm super poor and can't even afford spring break.
My East Campus apartment is lovely. It is coming together slowly but surely. I'm just happy to have my own room and a shower that I don't have to wear flip-flops in.
Time for bed -- I have to trek over to Lee Hills for a 9:30 and won't return until late afternoon. NIGHT!
